McClain Ozone pioneered ozone in the California wine industry. With over 700 field installations covering all aspects of sanitation McClain Ozone has hands on experience in ozone design, engineering and installation. We are focused on the consultation, design, installation and training of treatment systems utilized in food and beverage sanitation, waste water treatment, odor reduction and ground water treatment.
We have the expertise and more importantly, field experience, to analyze your project and select the ozone protocol that accomplishes your objective. With the 700 working systems covering a wide range of sanitation and treatment projects we are confident that your issues can be addressed.
We are dedicated to forming strong alliances that allow for total project integration. We can fabricate complete turn-key ozone systems which include the ozone generator, air preparation system, pump, injector, contact vessel, off-gas destructor, monitor and any other peripheral equipment.
We can also provide training and certification to your staff and workforce; help prepare Standing Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and do baseline testing of new applications.
